Coaching Services

Individual, Professional, and Organizational Coaching Services

Coaching is a conversational, goal-oriented, and structured process that helps individuals and organizations make decisions with greater awareness, identify barriers to growth, and design clearer actions to achieve their important goals. In coaching sessions, the main focus is not on giving ready-made answers or direct advice. Instead, the purpose is to help the individual or team find the right path through professional questions, feedback, practice, and follow-up, and then move that path into action. For this reason, every coaching journey is designed based on the real needs of the client and may look different for each individual or organization.

Coaching services can be used in different areas such as personal growth, decision-making, career transition, development of managerial skills, productivity improvement, better communication, conflict management, leadership development, and team performance enhancement. Some people enter the session with one specific topic; for example, they may want to think more clearly about an important career decision. Others need a multi-session path to work on changing habits, building self-confidence, managing time, setting goals, or developing professionally. In organizations, coaching is often used for managers, key teams, high-potential talents, and employees who are going through growth or change.

Introductory Coaching and Initial Assessment Session

The introductory session is suitable for people who want to become familiar with the coaching environment, the working method, and the possibility of cooperation before starting the full process. In this session, your main topic is reviewed at an initial level, and we clarify whether coaching is the right response to your current need or whether another path such as consulting, mentoring, or training would be more suitable. This session helps you make a more informed decision and understand what structure the collaboration may have if you choose to continue.

In the introductory session, we usually discuss your current concern, your general goal, your expectations from coaching, and the conditions of working together. This session is not meant to replace the main coaching sessions, but it can provide an initial picture of the path ahead. If your topic falls within the scope of coaching, one of the individual, professional, managerial, or organizational coaching paths will be suggested based on your needs. If coaching is not suitable for your current situation, the alternative path will be explained clearly.

Duration: 30 minutes

Suitable for:

Getting familiar with the coach, reviewing the initial need, and choosing the right path

1

Single Coaching Session

A single coaching session is suitable for people who have one specific issue and want to examine it from a clearer perspective in a professional conversation. This session can be useful for decision-making, choosing between several options, reviewing a work-related challenge, preparing for an important conversation, clarifying a goal, or getting out of initial confusion. Of course, it is important to note that a single session is usually not enough for deep and lasting change, but it can be a strong starting point for understanding the issue, identifying obstacles, and designing the next step.
In this session, your main topic is first defined more accurately. Then, with the help of coaching questions, we review your current situation, possible options, mental or behavioral barriers, and practical actions. The outcome of the session may be a clearer decision, an initial action plan, or a fresh perspective on the issue. A single coaching session is suitable for those who do not currently want to enter a multi-session program but need to think about an important topic with focus and structure.

Duration: 60 minutes

Focus:

Reviewing the path, practical solutions and techniques, and creating a timeline for reaching the goal

2

Basic Coaching Package

The basic coaching package is designed for people who want to work on one specific topic and, instead of having just one short session, want to spend several weeks experiencing reflection, action, and feedback. This path is usually very suitable for starting coaching because it does not create an overly heavy time commitment, but it still gives the person enough space to move from simply talking about the issue into practical action. In this package, the main goal is clarified, the initial barriers are reviewed, and actions are designed for each session according to the person’s situation.
This package can be used for topics such as time management, increasing focus, better decision-making, changing personal habits, improving communication, building self-confidence, personal goal-setting, or clarifying a professional path. During the sessions, the person is not just a listener; they actively participate in the process of thinking, choosing, and taking action. Between sessions, exercises or actions are usually defined so that change does not remain limited to the session itself. The goal is for the person to finish the process with greater awareness of their topic and to have taken at least a few real steps toward change.

5 Sessions, Duration of each session: 90 to 120 minutes

Focus:

Reviewing the path, practical solutions and techniques, and creating a timeline for reaching the goal

3

Personal and Professional Growth Coaching Package

The personal and professional growth coaching package is suitable for people who want to pursue change more seriously and need a regular, deeper, and follow-up-based process. This program is designed for those who want to work on more important goals such as career transition, professional growth, building self-confidence, developing communication skills, managing conflict, improving productivity, or redesigning their lifestyle. Unlike a single session or a short-term package, this path provides more opportunity to understand mental and behavioral patterns, experience action, receive feedback, and adjust the path.
In this package, the main goal or issue is first defined more carefully. Then, values, priorities, strengths, barriers, limiting beliefs, and practical options are reviewed. In each session, the person reaches a new understanding of their situation and designs specific actions for the time between sessions. These actions may include having a conversation with an important person, changing a daily habit, tracking behaviors, practicing saying no, planning a career path, reviewing goals, or making a small but meaningful decision. In the following sessions, experiences are reviewed and the path is adjusted based on reality.

8 sessions, Duration of each session: 120 minutes

Implementation period: 2 to 3 months

Suitable for: Personal growth, professional development, changing destructive behaviors, important decision-making, and creating a stable path for continuing life

4

Career Path Coaching Package

The career path coaching package is suitable for people who have serious questions about their professional future. A person may not be satisfied with their current job, may be undecided between several paths, may want to change jobs, may be preparing for promotion, or may feel that their abilities are not being used properly in their current role. Career path coaching does not simply provide a few ready-made suggestions. Instead, it helps the person build a deeper relationship with their values, skills, interests, experiences, and the realities of the job market. This path is useful for students, employees, professionals, middle managers, and people who are on the edge of a professional transition.
In this program, the current career situation and level of satisfaction are reviewed first. Then, skills, strengths, motivations, work values, fears, and future options are analyzed. Many people think their main problem is a lack of opportunity, while sometimes the real issue is not having a clear picture of the future path. Others may know the path but do not take the first step because of fear of failure, judgment from others, or financial concerns. Career path coaching helps these uncertainties become visible so the person can make decisions with greater realism. The usual outcome of this path is clearer professional choices, practical action steps, and greater readiness to move forward.

6 to 8 sessions, Duration of each session: 120 minutes

Implementation period: 6 to 10 weeks

Suitable for: Career change, choosing a professional path, and getting out of career confusion

Coaching Package for Managers and Entrepreneurs

Coaching for managers and entrepreneurs is designed for people who are in positions of decision-making, leadership, and heavy responsibility. Managers, founders, and business owners usually face issues that do not have simple or identical answers. They need to think at the same time about business growth, team management, human conflicts, prioritization, financial decisions, personal development, and psychological pressure. Managerial coaching helps these individuals step back from mental overload, see their decisions more clearly, and build a more effective leadership style.
In this path, topics such as delegation, time management for managers, decision-making under uncertainty, difficult conversations, conflict with team members, focus on key priorities, managerial burnout, communication with partners, and leadership style development are reviewed. The coach is not there to make decisions instead of the manager. Rather, coaching helps the manager look at the issue from different angles, examine assumptions, and act based on reality and their own managerial values. This type of coaching is usually priced higher than general coaching because the topics are more complex, the value of decisions is greater, and the person’s level of responsibility is higher.

8 to 12 sessions, Duration of each session: 120 minutes

Implementation period: 2 to 4 months

Suitable for:

Managers, founders, business owners, middle managers, and senior managers

Organizational Coaching

What is organizational coaching?

Organizational coaching is designed for companies, teams, and managers who want to strengthen performance, communication, leadership, collaboration, and a learning culture in the workplace. Unlike individual coaching, which usually begins with one client and one personal goal, organizational coaching focuses on the broader needs of a whole system. The organization’s goal may be leadership development, preparing successors, increasing employee engagement, reducing team conflicts, improving internal communication, or supporting teams during a period of change. For this reason, organizational coaching must be carefully assessed before implementation and designed according to the real conditions of the organization.

In organizational coaching, a meeting is usually first held with the CEO, HR manager, or the relevant department manager to clarify the main issue, organizational expectations, target group, and success indicators. Then, based on this information, the cooperation structure is designed. This structure may include individual coaching for managers, team coaching, group sessions, skill-based workshops, feedback conversations, follow-up between sessions, and general progress reports. The important point is that organizational coaching should not become a symbolic or decorative program.

If the goal, roles, confidentiality, managerial commitment, and measurement method are not clear, its effectiveness will decrease.

Coaching Managers Within Organizations

Coaching managers within organizations is one of the most common forms of organizational coaching. In this path, senior managers, middle managers, or supervisors work with a coach on topics such as team leadership, decision-making, delegation, conflict management, difficult conversations, motivation, prioritization, pressure management, and leadership style development. Many managers are strong in terms of technical expertise, but when they enter a managerial role, they face more complex human and communication challenges. Coaching helps managers not only work better but also lead better.
In this type of collaboration, a specific path is designed for each manager. At the beginning, each manager’s individual goals may be defined, and then over several sessions, their barriers, behavioral patterns, and managerial actions are reviewed. For example, one manager may want to improve delegation, another may have challenges with difficult conversations with team members, and another may need to improve their decision-making style. In coaching managers, confidentiality is extremely important. The organization can receive a general report on the progress of the program, but the personal content of sessions must remain confidential unless another agreement has been made with the client in advance.

6 to 12 sessions for each manager

Duration of each session: 120 minutes

Suitable for: Senior managers, middle managers, supervisors, and newly appointed managers

1

Team Coaching

Team coaching is suitable when the main issue is not related to just one person and the whole team needs to improve communication, coordination, trust, decision-making, or performance. In many organizations, team members may be talented individually, but when they work together, conflict, unclear roles, lack of trust, weak communication, or lack of alignment can reduce performance. Team coaching helps the team observe its communication patterns, discuss real issues, and build a more effective way of working together.
In team coaching, the focus is not only on teaching concepts but also on observing and improving the team’s real behaviors. Topics such as shared goals, roles, expectations, decision-making methods, feedback, conflict management, and accountability may be reviewed in the sessions. The team coach does not act as a judge or team manager. Instead, the coach facilitates the process of conversation and learning within the team. Sometimes teams do not need more information as much as they need a safe space to talk about things that have been ignored for a long time. Team coaching can create this space and help the team move from scattered conversations and hidden complaints toward shared and clear actions.

Structure: 4 to 8 team sessions

Duration of each session: 120 minutes

Suitable for: Management teams, project teams, sales teams, and teams going through change or conflict

2

Organizational Coaching for Talent Development

Many organizations have people with high growth potential who are not yet fully ready for bigger roles. Talent development coaching is designed for this group. These individuals may be key experts, future managers, high-performing employees, or staff members whom the organization wants to prepare for more important responsibilities. The goal of this type of coaching is to help individuals recognize their strengths, develop behavioral skills, increase responsibility, and become ready for more complex roles.
In this path, individuals learn how to make better decisions, build more effective communication, receive feedback, set goals, act more professionally, and follow their growth path more consciously. Talent development coaching helps organizations invest in talented people before a managerial position becomes vacant, rather than only thinking about succession at the last moment. This can increase the motivation of key employees and reduce the risk of losing valuable people. Of course, for this program to succeed, the criteria for selecting participants, the development goal, the role of the direct manager, and confidentiality of the process must be clear.

structure for each person: 6 to 10 sessions

Duration: 75 minutes per session

Suitable for: Key talents, future managers, and high-performing employees

3

Organizational Coaching Fees

Organizational coaching fees are not announced as a general and fixed price because every organization has different needs, goals, number of participants, management levels, collaboration duration, and structure. Before submitting a cooperation proposal, a needs assessment session is held to clarify the organization’s main challenge, target group, managerial expectations, success indicators, and the type of intervention required. After this stage, the appropriate path is designed, and an executive and financial proposal is provided according to that specific organization.
Organizational coaching can be delivered in the form of individual coaching for managers, team coaching, talent development programs, coaching during organizational change, or a combination of these paths. The goal is for the final program to be fully aligned with the real needs of the organization and to provide a practical, trackable solution instead of a ready-made package. To receive a customized proposal, the first step is to schedule an initial needs assessment session so that after reviewing the conditions, the cooperation structure can be defined.
